A Republican who unsuccessfully challenged Rep. Maxine Waters, D-La, for her seat in November 2020 is trying to get virtually $100,000 within the veteran politician and her committee for Lawyers’ service fees and costs connected with his libel and slander lawsuit versus her which was reinstated on appeal. Plaintiff Joe E. Collins III alleged the
